Folkestone Library was a library in the English town of Folkestone.

Whilst visiting the library, the Eighth Doctor encountered Samson and Gemma Griffin, who followed him to his TARDIS and became his companions. (AUDIO: Terror Firma) Samson had once had a summer job at the library. (PROSE: The Long Midwinter)
