The Grey Zone Mall was a shopping mall in the Grey Zone of New Port City. It had the teleportation coordinates 382601.
The mall had a food court, with elderly Gornt dozing, a soft play for toddlers, bored teenagers hanging around, and televisions on the walls which showed the news, chat shows, and adverts.
The Thirteenth Doctor and Graham O'Brien visited the mall while investigating Iz's death. They noticed that the dress she wore was too posh to be sold at this mall, and tried to access the Black Zone Mall located above. (PROSE: Gatecrashers)
