New Port City was a city on a planet populated by Gornts. Its mayor was Ronan Sumners.
The city was built around teleportation technology powered by sperantium, although it kept the population confined to various districts such as the Grey Zone and the Black Zone. After the Thirteenth Doctor defeated the city's mayor, the restrictions on New Port City's citizens were lifted and they were able to travel freely about the city.
