A messenger serving Ennatum of Uruk was sent to Kish to inform High Priest Dumuzi that Gilgamesh was coming to the city on a spying mission in preparation for war. After delivering the message, Dumuzi brought him to Ishtar, who first enslaved his mind to see if he was telling the truth, then killed him. (PROSE: Timewyrm: Genesys)
