Mo lived in England's Peak District, and was Rose Tyler's cousin. When Rose's home became unsafe due to Roboforms who were after the newly regenerated Tenth Doctor, Rose suggested that she, Jackie and Mickey could go to Cousin Mo's. (TV: The Christmas Invasion) Rose said a postcard from Mo would have cost a fortune before the Penny Black was invented. (PROSE: Stamp of Approval)
