The Padrivole were a species whose domain was divided into several Regencies, each ruled by a monarch. They had at least nine of these Regencies, and the Child Princess of Padrivole Regency 9 was killed by a Plasmavore known as Florence Finnegan. (TV: Smith and Jones)
