Marcia was an elderly lady who lived in Gloucester during the 21st century. When Pol-Kon-Don and her Judoon forces invaded Gloucester, shortly after the Judoon disintegrated her Knitting, she ran a way into the force field surrounding the city, and was disintegrated to death by it.
