Liz Shaw

I noticed Liz Shaw was recently removed from the characters list. She's unnamed but it's obviously her. There's references to her "old friends at Geneva", she mentions, "Doctor Smith" and Giles talks about how the place won't be the same without the Haggards around. I just wanted to know what the policy on unauthorized appearances like this were.
