Marcia was an elderly lady who lived in Gloucester during the 21st century. When Pol-Kon-Don and her forces invaded Gloucester, she scolded the Judoon because Gloucester was supposed to be a small, peaceful city. Pol-Kon-Don responded by destroying her knitting, which upset her because it took her 9 weeks. Then the Judoon assimilated her language, they then said she would be catalogued. Frightened by Pol-Kon-Don’s actions, she ran into the force field surrounding the city, and was atomised by it. Ruth Clayton was shocked and upset by her death. (TV: Fugitive of the Judoon)
