Rename/Merge

So the relevant discussion took place prior to this at Talk:Rump Parliament, User:Amorkuz suggested that either this page be created or the contents of it be added to the already existing page. CoT said "oh, well, 'Rump Parliament' refers to a parliament left over from a legitimate parliament", and Amorkuz voiced his view that the contents of this page, effectively, should be added to that one.

In my mind, since this hasn't been stated in any valid source, this is just a straightforward violation of T:NO RW as it's currently written, hence I created this page anyhow. It might be appropriate to merge the pages still, hence the merge tag.

Similarly, while I used Amorkuz's suggestion for the name of this page, it isn't the one mandated by T:DAB as this is not a character. Rump Parliament (Faction Paradox), and Rump Parliament (City of the Saved) are both acceptable, or we might deem this the primary topic. I think a discussion is merited on renaming the page, I just felt it should be created first.
