An offshoot of Faction Paradox in the City of the Saved that consisted of city born or resurrected members, the Rump Parliament found itself in an odd position within the city as time travel seemed to be impossible and death was inherently a thing of the past.
Given these facts, the Parliament turned instead to obfuscation and appearances, long hallmarks of the Faction, throwing parties with grotesque rituals held behind closed doors, issuing obscure or blatantly false claims and mythologising Godfather Avatar as the head of their suborder.
