Brors was a administrator who dealt with the First Nuncio about a test zone, who used the facility to practise their battle skills. He later tried to convince Garilund to return to the facility, but when she didn't he started the test. He didn't like the clients that much. He was annoyed that the clients were using more force than necessary including nuclear bombs and didn't want them to pay for all the extra damage. (AUDIO: The Doomsday Quatrain)
