Mrs Jackson married Ben Jackson at some point between 1966 and 1986. She had a tendency to cry at melodramatic films.
Ben did not tell her about his nightmares of Cybermen or his dreams about Polly Wright, nor did he tell her that he was meeting Polly when he left her alone on New Year's Eve 1986.
