On 13 May, the following important behind-the-scenes events were known to have occurred:
- 1966 - Episode one of The Savages was recorded at Riverside Studios 1. (TCH 8)
- 1967 - Episode one of The Evil of the Daleks was recorded at Lime Grove Studios D. (TCH 10)
- 2003 - Recording for The Creed of the Kromon took place at The Moat Studios.
- 2013 - After some Americans received their copies of the series 7 DVD the day before almost a week before the completion of its broadcast, the BBC urged those fans "not to divulge information or post content publicly so that fellow fans who have yet to see the episodes do not have their viewing pleasure ruined" on their Doctor Who Facebook page.
- 2019 - Recording for Harry Houdini's War took place at the Moat Studios.
- 2020 - Recording for The Tenth Doctor and River Song took place remotely.
