- 1994 - The CD The Worlds of Doctor Who was first released by Silva Screen.
- 1996 - DWM 238 was first released by Marvel Comics.
- 2009 - Planet of the Dead was first broadcast on BBC One. Later, Desert Storm aired on BBC Three.
- 2009 - The Beast of Orlok: Part 2 was first released in Big Finish's Eighth Doctor Adventures Series 3.
- 2013 - The Doctor Who Adventure comic story The Planet That Went Backwards was first published.
- 2014 - Moonflesh and The Evil One were first released by Big Finish.
