In September 2065, radio station N92 interecepted an urgent call from the Black Dalek to the Dalek Emperor recalling him to Skaro from Solturis after the outbreak of a radioactive dust cloud (PROSE: Ice Planet Mystery) which later became the devestating rust plague. News of this was relayed to the rest of the Universe via the Space News Agency. (COMIC: Plague of Death)
