Senator Imbo Kento was a representative of the World Senate and the person in charge of the Andromeda Project on Astra. Upon Twenty One's arrival on Astra, Kapbetha introduced him to both Kento and his secretary, Debbie Latimer. Kento later came rushing to Twenty One's side when somebody attempted to poison him with gas. (COMIC: Andromeda Or Die)
