Kapbetha
Kapbetha was the head of Astran security on the site of the Andromeda Project. They assisted Agent Twenty One of the Universal Secret Service in his investigations to uncover saboteurs from Bereznik.

After giving him a tour of the site, Kapbetha rescued an unconscious Twenty One from his quarters when somebody attempted to poison him with gas. They also informed him that Mezenskie, a suspected spy, had been killed just before the attempt on his life. Months later, upon the completion of the Project, Kapbetha was at Twenty One's side when World President Nikita Bandranaik and the Kaplan visited. Kapbetha restrained Debbie Latimer, secretary to Senator Imbo Kento and a Bereznik spy, during her attempts to escape after her plan failed, since Twenty One had previously informed Kapbetha that she was the traitor they were looking for due to a slip-up she had made on his first day.
