The Septic dimension was a parallel dimension. It was known to have a version of Earth that was described as "vile".

During Sarah Jane Smith's funeral, the Trickster appeared and planned to swap Earth with its counterpart in the Septic dimension, but his plan was foiled by the funeral guests. (WC: Farewell, Sarah Jane)
