"Goodnight" was a two part song sung by Ellie Higson. (AUDIO: Encore of the Scorchies)

Goodnight - Part One

"Goodnight Part One" was a song sung by Ellie Higson after George Litefoot left her at a bar to return to the New Regency Theatre. She sang because she was near the Scorchies.

Goodnight, Professor Litefoot. Sometimes you’re not so bright.
Fear not, Professor Litefoot, I’ll make sure it all ends right.
As for now, farewell, adieu, my time has come to disappear.
I’ll be fine, no chorus line would be complete without me here.
Goodnight, Professor Litefoot. Just for once I’d love to stay.
Perhaps in time I’ll get my dues, but maybe not today.

Goodnight - Part Two

Henry Gordon Jago sang "Goodnight - Part Two" after he and Litefoot were interrupted in a moment of reconciliation after a fight by overhearing the screams of Bill, who was being attacked by Porcelain Polly.

Goodnight, Professor Litefoot. Something's not quite right.
I fear we might just come undone tonight. Litefoot, tonight.
