Weaver (Hour of the Cybermen) was a member of UNIT who came in contact with the Sixth Doctor. He became in charge when the CyberNeomorphs abducted Lewis Price and later became permanent after the Doctor discovered Price's corpse. He coordinated a UNIT fleet to the location of the Cyber Fleet in the Atlantic Ocean. (AUDIO: Hour of the Cybermen)
