V119
SV86 was a Voc tasked with keeping surveillance on Ander Poul's dwelling on the planes outside Kaldor City. It alerted SV77 when Liv and Tula Chenka entered there. SV77 intructed it to intecept them and ask what they were doing here.
When they questioned V119 about Poul it told them he had lived there but his current whereabouts were unknown. When Tula showed it pictures of the other survivors of Storm Mine 4 V119 confirmed Lish Toos had been there recently. With Kiy Uvanov V119 initially had no knowledge of him but suddenly remembered and Edutech Uvanov that Poul met with frequently, in the past. After doubting both Uvanov's could be the same person S119 then gave Liv and Tula the address of Uvanov's Educentre. (AUDIO: A Matter of Conscience)
