The Red Queen was owner of the Contigency Club. She recruited the elite for her plans. She wanted to know about sports. The Red Queen realised that the Fifth Doctor and friends were alien to this time and asked Mr Peabody to find them. She was playing a game with her brother The Knave. She found it was interesting how much the British people liked games. She planed to use explosives to bargain against Victoria to take over the Earth as a bet against her brother.
