Hi! Please remember to always sign your name when you leave a message on someone's talk page. It makes it easier to answer you.
We have a lot of policies on this wiki, and we have a lot of image policies. I'll give you the most basic ones in a moment, but when you get a chance, you should visit Thread:148148, where I've gathered the links to the wiki's image policies.
Some important policies to keep in mind:
- You must always add a license to any image you upload. There is a drop-down menu that gives you some choices. If you are uploading an image from an episode, you would probably want "screenshot".
- Images must not be greater than 100kb.
- Screenshots must always be .jpg, not .png or anything else.
- We don't want black borders or network logos on our images.
Now, I'm not saying your images violated all of these policies, just that these are the most important ones to keep in mind. Also, if you want to know why an image you uploaded has been deleted, you can sometimes check Special:Recentchanges.

Fair enough about your choice of image. I did not know the other one was from a TV show so sorry about the change, that was my bad. However I do have one request. Do you think you could crop the picture a bit, maybe cut out a bit of his body, as the current size of it is rather off-putting (as well as not being in line with image policy).
