The Space News Agency, (COMIC: Power Play, et al.) also called the Hyper-Space News Agency (COMIC: The Terrorkon Harvest, et al.) or SNAL, (PROSE: Tempest Awarded V.M.) relayed information about the Daleks' activities to the Universal Secret Service and TV 21 in the 2060s.
