The character is mentioned only once, as "Baba"; the name "Yaga" does not appear at any point in the novel, and there's no clear indication that the Gallifreyan Baba is meant to be the Slavic folkloric figure.

Baba Yaga was an aunt of Iris Wildthyme. She was Iris' favourite aunt.
