Clement (The Bridge Master)

Clement was a bridge builder who promised that people would not invade their village as he would place a shade on the bridge. He wanted to sacrifice the Fifth Doctor to do this. The Doctor thought he was scamming the people. He also took the tributes to the shade of the bridge. He used alien technology to do this. (AUDIO: The Bridge Master)
