Bradley (The Blazing Hour)

Bradley was the leader of Testament City. He was concerned about the explosion in the nearby power generation facility. He later explained to Vislor Turlough that he doesn't have enough influence to get help. He healed Turlough's injuries as to help. He became the deputy leader of the empire and wanted to change what was the way the empire was to be run. (AUDIO: The Blazing Hour)
