Horobin

Horobin was the chief scientist in a time experiment. He chastised Katherine Ellison for the failure of the simulation of the experiment. He thought that the Fifth Doctor was a saboteur and didn't think that the experiment went wrong. He was only concerned with making money. He was adamant it was a bomb and couldn't believe that the energy cell was still there. He went mad after realising the full extent of the problem. (AUDIO: The Blazing Hour)
