Hildreth's was a shop.

Rose mentioned that when she was twelve, she begged her mother for a red bicycle for Christmas, but Jackie couldn't afford it. The Ninth Doctor left Rose at the bar that they were at and went back in time to buy her the bike from Hildreth's. (PROSE: The Red Bicycle)
