I agree, there are two completely separate moons in the DWU and this article should reflect that by not only splitting the two but also merging the former with Creature (Kill the Moon). I believe the only reason this hasn't happened already is because of those people who wail and gnash their teeth about KtM being "unscientific" as if this show about a time travelling police box that's bigger on the inside is a documentary, or about it being "anti-abortion" even though the creator has repeatedly said it isn't.
