Slave leader (Hostage!)

A slave leader took command of a rebellion of Dalek slaves on the planet Valkenine. He was a bald humanoid with amber eyes and a large nose.

Having led his party to interrupt a Dalek Brindigulum, he ordered the Dalek acting as intermediary to give the rebels five Daleks of each of the castes present, to act as hostages. However, he did not keep the upper hand for long; through mathematical sleight-of-hand, the Dalek managed to trick the prisoners into thinking that one of the hostages had already escaped from right under their noses. The slaves began arguing among themselves and, as they were distracted, were wiped out by the Daleks. (PROSE: Hostage!)
