Valkenine was a planet occupied by the Daleks at some point during the Golden Emperor's reign. They conducted mining operations with the help of slave labour, though Dalek miners and metalworkers were also dispatched to Valkenine in significant numbers, as well as Dalek transport officials. (PROSE: Hostage!)
