Pagus was Skye's chief advisor. He informed his queen about a stolen crystal. He warned his queen about letting the Ice Warriors land during the terrorist attacks. He showed the Sixth Doctor and Flip Jackson around the capital. He knew of the Time Lords as a legend and told the Doctor about the scientific stations under the ground. (AUDIO: Cry of the Vultriss)
