Skye (Cry of the Vultriss)

Skye was the puppet queen of the Vultriss on Cygia-Rema. She had overthrown the former ruler Jabule by appearing as a figure from Vultriss legend, possessing the fabled "Cry". She invited the Ice Warriors as the first aliens to her planet. When the Sixth Doctor, Flip Ramon and Constance Clarke crashed on the planet, she accused them of being terrorists.
When the Doctor used a piece of beset Time Lord technology to reflect Skye's cry back at her, he found that she had been taken from Cygia-Rema by the fraudulent Martian emissary Vextyr and returned to become queen. (AUDIO: Cry of the Vultriss)
