Biography
Early life
Gideon Lyme lived in Tobago and had an aunt who had a London biscuit tin. He found the British Empire embarrassing and once saw the man who ran the island, who was wearing a three-piece suit in a heatwave, faint in the middle of a speech and require his guards to prop him up. Association with Torchwood
Lyme travelled from Tobago to London for a job at a newspaper. His would-be employer retracted his offer due to his race, but changed his mind after Mr Lyme produced a briefcase full of information on Torchwood. (AUDIO: Parasite)
