Dr Ramsden was a doctor that worked at the same hospital as Rory Williams. When Dr Ramsden thought Rory was talking nonsense, she gave him time off work. When treating a patient, whom Prisoner Zero took the appearance of, the true form of Prisoner One came through a vent and killed her, along with the rest of the nurses on that floor.
