After the Thirteenth Doctor dropped Vinder back on his home planet, a Weeping Angel invaded her TARDIS through Yaz' phone.
First appearing on the screen of her telephone, it gained physical form and started altering the TARDIS' destination. (TV: Once, Upon Time) towards a village, where Claire Brown had been sent to by another Angel.
When the Doctor got inside Claire's mind, it told her how he had once been a part of the Division, much like the Doctor herslef. (TV: Village of the Angels)
