Madras was a city on the south-eastern coast of Hindoostan.

Geography

Madras was a city on the south-east coast of Hindoostan. It was located on the western edge of the Bay of Bengal. North-west of Madras, on the opposite coast of Hindoostan, was Bombay. (TV: Survivors of the Flux)
