An unnamed Ood lived on Division Control, working for the Division and Tecteun.
When the Thirteenth Doctor was brought by the Weeping Angel Extraction Squad, this Ood gave into the Doctor's demands and revealed the extent of the damage the Flux had caused to the universe. (TV: Survivors of the Flux)
The Ood later helped the Doctor escape after Swarm and Azure took over, although the Doctor ended up accidentally split into three instead. At the request of the Doctor, after she lured the two Ravagers away, the Ood did the best that he could to minimize the power of the final Flux event using the Division ship's controls. (TV: The Vanquishers)
