Time traveller Boswell Boliver broke up a jousting competition held for a medieval King and Queen. The King had the man thrown in a dungeon before granting him an audience three days later. Boliver was unable to prove his outlandish claims about being a scientist from the future, and the King almost condemned him to death, but was persuaded by his wife to instead keep him on as a jester, much to Boliver's humiliation.
