Bill's biological mother was the woman who conceived Bill with a man who later divorced her, marrying Kady Williams and taking Bill with him. However, he ultimately began to see Bill's biological mother again, which he eventually confessed to Kady. They divorced so he could return to her, taking Bill with him. (PROSE: Ring Theory)
