Dr Reeves was a physician at Devil's End.
He examined Jim after he died in the church courtyard. He told Miss Olive Hawthorne that he had died of a heart attack but Miss Hawthorne insisted he had died of fright.
The Third Doctor was brought to him after he was frozen at the Devil's Hump. He later gave Jo Grant an injection after she fell out of Bessie. (TV: The Dæmons)
