Intelligence

Intelligence was, according to the First Doctor, the ability to utilise one's knowledge in a given situation. He claimed that just because someone's existing knowledge was limited did not mean they were less intelligent. (AUDIO: Daughter of the Gods)

Intelligence did not necessarily mean that one would have sympathy. (TV: Planet of Giants)

Tamsin Drew was accused of having a lack of either intelligence or a sense of humour. (AUDIO: Nevermore)

The Sixth Doctor said that his face was "beaming with a vast intelligence". (TV: The Twin Dilemma) He later said the same to River Song. (AUDIO: World Enough and Time)

UNIT had been at the forefront of "forefront of intelligence-gathering and special operations outside operational norms" since 1968. (PROSE: Fighting the unknown)
