Nerys was a guest at both of Donna Noble's weddings. At the time of Donna's first wedding, they heavily disliked each other.
In 2007, Donna assumed that Nerys had arranged her transportation from St Mary's Church to the TARDIS. When Donna finally got to her reception, she was not amused to find Nerys moving in on Lance Bennett. (TV: The Runaway Bride)
Donna mentioned Nerys again when the Doctor was cloned on Messaline on 24 July 6012, producing his daughter, Jenny. Donna described how Nerys got pregnant with twins using a turkey baster. (TV: The Doctor's Daughter)
Nerys later attended Donna's second wedding to Shaun Temple in 2010, complaining about the dress she wore (which was peach.) However, their relationship appeared to have improved, albeit marginally. (TV: The End of Time)

Behind the scenes
- In a statement to Doctor Who Magazine regarding David Tennant and Catherine Tate's return for Series 14, Russell T Davies offered a number of possible explanations for their return, including, "Then again, maybe, just maybe, this return is so impossible that it’s actually an intricate illusion created by an old enemy of the Doctor’s. Or maybe an old enemy of Donna’s. Nerys!"[1]
