Sea Devil (Lost in Time)
A Sea Devil was part of a Sea Devil colony who hibernated near Atlantis.
After Atlantis became a space-time Waypoint caused in a time eddy, Martha Jones and Liz Shaw ended up investigating the time-frozen Atlantis together. They bumped into the Sea Devil, who explained that due to Atlantis's nature as a Waypoint, the Doctors' manipulation of vortex energy across Waypoints had awakened their colony. They further informed them that they had sent out a signal to awaken the millions of other dormant Sea Devils across the Earth. The two women tried to persuade them to reconsider, noting that with more time to negotiate, humans and Earth Reptiles could peacefully agree on a way to share the planet. The Sea Devil seemed amenable and let them call the Thirteenth Doctor in to help steer the negotiations. (GAME: Lost in Time)
