Thomas Milligan
Thomas "Tom" Milligan MD was a paediatrician who worked for the NHS in 2008. Following an adventure with his counterpart in an alternate timeline, Martha Jones entered a romantic relationship with him. However, despite getting engaged, the pair ultimately broke up.

Tom worked as a paediatrician with the NHS.
