Xi'an

Xi'an, earlier known as Xianyang or Chang'an, was a city in the province of Shaanxi, China. (PROSE: The Eleventh Tiger) It was also stylised as Xian. (PROSE: Marco Polo)

In the 3rd century BC, (PROSE: The Eleventh Tiger) during the reign of Emperor Qin Shi Huang, Xianyang was the capital of China. (PROSE: Marco Polo) The Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang was located near the city. In 1865, the First Doctor, Ian Chesterton, Barbara Wright and Vicki Pallister and allies battled a resurrected Qin Shi Huang (curtesy of the Mandragora Helix) in the mausoleum.
