Thea was a fortune teller on an unnamed planet who had the ability to see people's future. She was encountered by Mother Hangaku and Cousin Gottfried who desired this ability for use in The War, resulting in them kidnapping her and imprisoning her in The Boulevard. (PROSE: The Oracle)
