A Progenitor Chamber was installed aboard a Dalek saucer which, having survived the destruction of the New Dalek Empire, (PROSE: Dalek: The Astounding Untold History of the Greatest Enemies of the Universe) detected and recovered the last Progenitor device (TV: Victory of the Daleks) that survived the Time War. (PROSE: A History of Humankind) It was within this chamber that the first five members of the New Dalek Paradigm were created, them being the Drone, the Scientist, the Strategist, the Eternal and the Supreme.
